Scott Henke, President, Colorado Spring City Council, proclaims October 16-22, 2011 as Friends of the Library Week in Colorado Springs.

Representatives from Briargate, Fountain, Rockrimmon, Ruth Holley, Cheyenne Mountain, Old Colorado City and Ute Pass were not able to attend.
